Perfect Tropical Retreat for Solo Travelers!
The staff went out of their way to, even offering local dining recommendations. Renting a bike added to my adventure! Don't miss the outdoor fire pit for evening relaxation.

The weather was pleasant, had amazing stay on their Mexican vacation. I loved the room where the children played, the bed was extremely comfy. The hotel has stunning location so close to the Riviera Maya, the beach in front of the ocean, and Tulum. Visited The Restaurant at Zamas for a few drinks, it was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the property, recommend.

The beachfront cabana provided us with fine views of the ocean, and we especially enjoyed starting our day with morning yoga on the beach. The serene atmosphere made it easy to unwind and connect with each other. Alejandro was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed at the beach.
In my wife's opinion, the pool area lacked shallow sections for kids, making it less than ideal for families.

The breakfast here is a good treat, especially those homemade sausages that hit the spot every morning! The beach is a fine stretch of sand, perfect for lounging and soaking up the sun. Plus.
The shower was a bit pesky, leaving a small puddle, and the water could go lukewarm after a while. Just a heads up, more trash cans in the rooms wouldn't hurt!

Maya Tulum By G Hotels offers a fine beachfront location with beautifully landscaped grounds. The atmosphere feels peaceful and perfect for relaxation. Rooms boast rustic décor highlighting local charm. Breakfast options deliver variety and deliciousness every morning. I'm impressed by the beach setup with hammocks and deck chairs. Maintenance on rooms needs attention. Some areas appear dated and could use a refresh. Guest service faced issues as staff training seemed inadequate. Some requests took longer than expected to get seen to. A lovely setting, but improvements in service and room upkeep would elevate the experience significantly.
